1. What is a cash advance or payday loan?

It’s a short term loan that helps give you some extra cash when you need it before payday! The amount is usually between $100 and $999, however some lenders may go above that.

2. Can I qualify for a payday loan or a cash advance?

Yes, it’s easy! To be approved for a payday loan, you only need:

  • To have had your current job for at least 90 days
  • Be 18 years of age or older and a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
  • To have a take home pay of at least $1000/month after taxes
  • Have a current home and work phone number and valid email address
3. How much can I get?

You can request a loan amount from $100 to $1000. The amount you are approved for will be determined by the lender assigned to your loan request.

4. How do I get the money?

After your cash advance is approved, the money is electronically deposited directly into your checking account.

5. Can I still get a loan if I have bad credit or a bankruptcy?

Yes! Your credit rating doesn’t matter. Bankruptcy, charge offs, bounced checks, and other credit issues don’t affect your ability to get a cash advance or paycheck loan.

6. How long does it take?

As little as 5 minutes to fill out the loan request form. Many loans are funded the very next business day.

7. Do I need a fax machine or printer?

No, you do not need a fax machine or printer in order to use CashAdvance.com. Some, though not all, of the individual lenders we connect you to may require that you fax them additional information as part of your loan, such as a copy of a recent pay stub or bank statement. It is also advisable to print your loan contract for your records; however, it is not required in order for you to receive loan funds. Kinkos, Office Depot, Office Max, Staples and other stores offer fax and printing services if you do not have access to a fax machine or printer.

8. How much does it cost?

Using CashAdvance.com is completely free. You can review the offer from a variety of lenders without any kind of fee or obligation. There is no cost until you actually agree to and e-sign a loan contract with your chosen lender. The fees of your loan will vary depending on the amount of your cash advance and the lender. Your lender will notify you of the exact fee for your loan at the time your loan request is submitted. It is worth noting that cash advance loans are designed for your emergency cash needs and are frequently less expensive than check fees, late charges and other costs you might incur due to late payments. Please borrow responsibly.

9. If I already have a cash advance loan outstanding, can I still qualify?

Yes, however it depends on the state you are applying from. Some states do not allow more than one payday loan outstanding, and lenders will check third party bureaus to see if you have an outstanding loan.

10. How and when do I repay the loan?

The loan amount and loan fees are withdrawn from your checking account automatically on the due date of your loan. You don’t even need to think about it! You don’t need to make any payments or visit any store. You can also request an extension if you need it by contacting your lender before the due date. Additional fees do apply to loan extensions.

11. What if I’m late in repaying my loan?

The cash advance lenders in our network follow different policies regarding late payments. You should review and understand the late-payment policy specified in the lender’s loan documents before appending your e-signature, as this constitutes a legal obligation to repay the loan. State laws regarding late-payment fees determine how much lenders can charge a delinquent borrower in penalties.

12. How do you protect my private information?

Your privacy is protected by state-of-the-art security technology. Every piece of information is securely encrypted to ensure your complete privacy and security. You can find more details by reading through our Privacy Policy.

13. How does the Return Customer feature work?

14. When can I submit a request for another loan?

You can submit a request at any time, however, we recommend you send our support center an email if you need additional assistance. Your loan request is free no matter how many times you apply. Remember, if you have already been approved for a loan, make sure you disclose that information on your next loan request.

15. How do I retrieve my Customer ID and Password if I lose it

In the Return Customer portal box on the home page or http://account.cashadvance.com you will find the words ‘Forgot Password?’ Just click, and you will be prompted to enter your email address. If you receive a pop-up saying you are not in the system, then you simply need to fill in a New Customer application form and a Customer ID and Password will be assigned to you.

16. Can I check my loan status using my Customer ID and Password?

No. Your Customer ID and Password simply enable you to have your next loan request form filled in for you when you log in. To get your loan request status you will need to contact your lender. You will have those details in an email you will have received after you submitted your loan request. Lending regulations prohibit your assigned lender from sharing loan processing or approval information with CashAdvance.com.

17. How do I change or update my personal information?

The next time you submit a request for a cash advance just log in as a Return Customer on our homepage and you will see your information already in the loan request form. 18. Can I get an extension on repaying my loan? If so, how many times?

State law determines if your lender may grant a loan extension, also known as a “rollover.” Some states allow multiple rollovers, while others forbid the practice entirely. Your lender will deal directly with any questions you have about extensions. It is important to contact your lender with extension requests before the due date on your loan. If you are late, a lender may charge additional fees and request immediate payment on the remaining balance. In the case of non-payment (loan default), you also may be subject to additional fees as described in the loan agreement, or allowed by law.

19. What if I can’t repay my loan at all?

We recommend that you contact your individual lender about repayment problems of any kind in order to find a solution directly with them. Additional fees and penalties may apply if you do not repay your loan.
